I can't remember if it's in John's book or not, but when talking to him about cleans, I believe he said he has his football player trainees do a bunch of power cleans as part of the warmups on deadlift days before the heavier deadlift warmups and work set. Also, what happened to your training videos? Thanks for the read, B.   Same here man. If someone has typical goals of a good blend of everything, I always recommend GreySkull. I pretty much only recommend SS when it is young, high school athletes because I want them doing an assload of squats and power cleans. It is still my go-to whenever training or programming someone new, and since most of those people are just looking to get stronger/more muscular, the powerlifting specific problems don't even matter.
