Thanks!   Well, I think "best" is a moving target. The more I learn, the better able I am to discern what is optimal and what isn't. I don't like to think of it as a finished product. Now, to give you a straight up answer, I don't particularly endorse any of the popular ones I'm currently aware of. I'm going to be presenting what I consider to be the optimal PL novice program based on my current knowledge set during this programming series.
