Well, I think &quot;best&quot; is a moving target. The more I learn, the better able I am to discern what is optimal and what isn&#039;t. I don&#039;t like to think of it as a finished product. Now, to give you a straight up answer, I don&#039;t particularly endorse any of the popular ones I&#039;m currently aware of. I&#039;m going to be presenting what I consider to be the optimal PL novice program based on my current knowledge set during this programming series. As I get better as a lifter, I hope my programs, ideas, concepts, etc. will improve as well.]]></description>
